Some men didn’t grow up with the father we needed. Some fathers were absent, some harsh, and some never gave the blessing of love and affirmation. But brothers, in Christ, we have a new example of fatherhood—the perfect love of our Heavenly Father. π Ephesians 6:4 says: “Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” That means your role is not to tear down, but to build up. Not to repeat the pain we received, but to reflect God’s love and wisdom. A real man is not measured by how much he provides materially, but by how faithfully he leads spiritually. Your children need your prayers more than your paycheck, your presence more than your possessions. Be the man who breaks the cycle.
