Scripture: “For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.” – Hebrews 4:12

The Bible is not just an old book filled with stories from the past. It is the living Word of God, active and powerful in every generation. What was spoken thousands of years ago still has the power to heal, correct, guide, and transform today.

When we feel weak, God’s Word gives strength. When we are confused, His Word gives clarity. When we are broken, His Word brings healing. It goes deeper than any human advice or motivation—it reaches the hidden places of our hearts and brings light where there was once darkness.

God’s Word is not bound by time or culture. The same Scripture that lifted up David in his battles can lift you up in your struggles today. That’s why it is so important to spend time in the Bible daily—not just to read words, but to encounter God Himself.

Prayer

Lord, thank You that Your Word is alive and powerful. Speak to me through Scripture. Cut away what is not from You, and fill me with truth that sets me free. Let Your Word light my path and strengthen me daily. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
